My Approach

My approach adds rather than takes away, with a plan that enriches rather than restricts. I typically work with individuals over a 6 week, 12 week or 6 month period. Using a whole person approach that investigates the root-cause of a health issue, rather than managing symptoms, we work together to transform your health with evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

 

Taking a full case history helps map a timeline of key events; I listen to your story, discuss triggers and find out when you last felt well ~ what was happening around this time ~ childhood health, lifestyle and diet analysis, medications and possible contraindications, toxin exposure as well as undertake an evaluation of all body systems (because everything is interconnected!).
