Jo Stoate, Nutritional Therapist

My health led me to 4 years training with the College of Natural Medicine in Bristol, opening my eyes to the meaningful health changes that can be made when we focus on the root cause (or the 'WHY'), good nutrition and lifestyle. This is where it falls into place, when symptoms are viewed as a 'whole', not in isolation, and the root cause identified. What I learnt helped to unpack my own symptoms; perimenopause, poor gut health (from years of antibiotic use) and surprisingly silent reflux were drivers.

What we nourish ourselves with (physically and emotionally) is fundamental to each and every one of us and our health outcomes. I bring to you a lived experience, affirming that our body knows healing. I restored my health and I can help you achieve a personal level of wellbeing too, it's never too late. I feel passionately that daily habits including good nutrition, lifestyle, stress management, and environment create health. Resolving emotions and understanding our genetics play a role too. I love what I do, seeing clients transform and creating awareness of the fact that so much can be done to support a vibrant life.

I continue to develop my skills via Continuing Professional Development (CPD), attending lectures, workshops and seminars.
