Have questions about your health, want to understand your blood results, or wondering whether your supplements are right for you? Perhaps you'd like clarity around your diet or a particular health concern in this one-0ff session. If your health concerns would benefit from more in-depth support, we can discuss the options together.

The details:

You'll be asked to complete a health questionnaire and 7-day food and drink diary to give me an overview of your health and background. Depending on what you'd like to discuss, you may also be asked to provide supporting information, such as recent blood test results and details of your current supplements.

During our 1 hour session (in person or online) we'll focus on your questions and priorities, discuss your diet and food choices, look at test results and provide insight to get you started.

You won't receive a personalised plan from me so bring a pen and paper to take notes. I may provide some resources but a nutritional plan is only available on my in-depth packages (Flourish and The Asthma Blueprint).

Your session can take place in person or online, whichever suits you best.

If you require more in-depth support after the session you can transfer onto a longer package, if you do so within 3 months you will receive £35 discount off the price.
