Three ways to work together...

01

1:1 Employee Wellbeing

  • Offered in-person or remotely.

  • Half days or full days.

  • 25 minute 1:1 time slots will be provided, and team members can sign up prior to the wellbeing day.

  • Longer, more comprehensive 1:1 sessions are available (45 minutes) as required.

  • Support sleep, stress and anxiety or the experience of menopause with nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

There is no one size fits all solution for wellbeing. I encourage open and honest conversation and listen to health goals whilst understanding barriers to change. Attendees will go away with clarity and importantly implementable and realistic suggestions to manage their health and thrive.

02

Executive Support

It is easy to neglect your wellbeing when work is a priority and pressurised. Take charge before you reach burn out.

  • To understand your wellbeing needs we will begin with a 20 minute complimentary call.

  • A 1:1 consultation will take 90 minutes with a 45 minute follow-up 4-6 weeks later. Nutrition and lifestyle strategies will be tailored to your needs.

  • Offered in-person or remotely.

03

Group Thrive Sessions

  • Why is eating well and being fully nourished ourselves crucial? These engaging sessions will share knowledge about why the right nutrition improves our mood, concentration, sleep, ability to cope and importantly how we show up in our day-to-day life. I can discuss a range of topics including immunity, digestion, menopause and ageing gratefully or focus on other aspects of health attendees would benefit from. Small group sessions offer a supported space for sharing experience. Attendees will leave confident in the small changes they can make in their lives to thrive.
