Sample Retreat
Friday
4pm Arrive and settle into your hut.
6:15pm Dinner.
Evening Spend time by the fire pit or retreat for an early night.
Saturday
8am Breakfast.
10am Spend a couple of hours in the hilltop town of Shaftesbury, famous for Gold Hill. Enjoy the benefits of an infrared sauna at a local skin spa. You will be dropped off and given the option to enjoy a pretty 45 minute walk home or be met. This is optional, you can go for a walk or rest.
12:30pm Lunch.
2pm 60 minute private nutrition consultation with Naturopath and Nutritionist, Jo. This involves food diary and lifestyle analysis with generalised nutrition and lifestyle advice, including Bach Flower essences. A health questionnaire will be sent prior to retreat, with a 20 minute followup call 3 weeks after departure.
4pm Herbal infusion.
6:15pm Dinner.
7:30pm Fireside Cacao and talk, Sleep hygiene.
Sunday
8am Breakfast.
9:30am Enjoy the therapeutic benefits of a castor oil compress.
12:30pm Lunch.
Afternoon walk or time to rest.
4pm Herbal infusion.
6:15pm Dinner.
7:30pm Fireside Cacao and talk.
Monday
8am Breakfast.
10am Departure.
